Position Descriptions

The position is created to address transactional supplies market share challenges in HP’s Home Supplies Business with focus on customer engagements and communications through technologies.  The goal is to intercept customer supplies buying journey in today’s shopping eco system in addition to online SEO/SEM.

In this role, you will collaborate with various internal or external partners, leverage, strengthen and develop current on hardware box /IoT /software/firmware /print driver/Mobile Apps and other marketing technologies, develop country specific personalized customer offerings and execute successful Go TO Market (GTM) campaigns.

Reporting to Director of Home Supplies Category Management,  

responsibilities include:

  • You will work with HP internal RnD and Solution Business to leverage and improve current tools as well as develop future technology roadmap that supports HP supplies Stabilization Initiative
  • You will work with the Home Supplies Category Managers and internal Big Data team to create appealing personalized customer offerings to optimize supplies revenue and market share
  • You will execute GTM campaigns with regions and countries along with Current Business and WW Marketing to targeted customers through sales channel partners
  • You will work with both Supplies Category Managers, RnD and Hardware devices marketing team to develop tangible HP original supplies value propositions that delight our customers
  • You will work closely with the Home Supplies Category senior team to develop customer researches for both current and future initiatives
  • You will collaborate with your peers on customer related programs such as loyalty development etc. 

Qualifications:

  • Significant direct end customer engagement experiences required;
  • understanding of transactional supplies sales channel is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of latest IoT, solutions/App and modern marketing technologies and future trends;
  • Significant experiences of translating marketing STP/4P to technology requirements with ease
  • Understanding of various global customer privacy laws
  • Experiences of managing both internal and external technology/program development teams are required Understanding of printing industry /supplies is not required but a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus
  • Position is based in Vancouver, WA
