Job Specification:

E-commerce is both growing rapidly and redefining the way we shop and buy.  In the online space, the shelf is now digital and data abundant. This role will help in redefining our reporting processes and tools and then managing the production of key reports.

Primary Function:

We are looking for a smart, high-energy, collaborative team member with a willingness to educate and desire to elevate the performance of HP by improving visibility to our performance. We have multiple disparate sources of data. The desire is to bring those together into a more cohesive package that is better automated for efficiency and more frequent so that our team can be more responsive and effective. This will be an opportunity to exercise creativity on the dashboard development side, project management in terms of defining priorities and managing the onboarding of data and apply analytical skills to the output.

Job Requirements:

Critical requirements

  • Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical orientation and attention to detail
  • Self-directed with a passion for learning, automating, and sharing knowledge
  • Very strong teamwork orientation
  • Effective project management
  • Enjoys working with data, gathering insights and executing next steps accordingly
  • Advanced Excel/Database capabilities and strong proficiency with Powerpoint
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment with roles and responsibilities that can be fluid
  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in English

    • GIT/Jenkins or similar

    • Qlik preferred
    • Tableau/Microsoft BI/looker
  • Cloud computing experience
    • Cloud storage and computation experience (AWS preferred)
  • Google Suite
    • Analytics/Adwords/Data Studio/Search Ads 360/ API
    • Google Analytics/Omniture/Adobe analytics certification a plus
  • Familiarity with the digital/ecommerce space including knowledge of paid, owned and earned media metrics
    • Experience implementing media/eCommerce tracking codes a plus
  • Experience integrating data into/out of a DMP (preferably adobe audience manager)
