Position Summary:

As the Business Lead you will be responsible for driving the business planning, enable its execution, and track as well as communicate its performance. You will engage with regional category teams in addition to various other functional organizations, including product management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing. You will engage in a mix of analytics, influencing and general business support in pursuit of business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning & Region Engagement – Support the development of the 3-year plan (updated yearly). Work closely with Regions, Finance and other GBU functions (e.g., Product Management, Cost Management, CPS and BPS CBM) to ensure key assumptions / priorities are aligned across the organization
  • Business Execution – Ensure appropriate business attainment by monitoring the vital signs of the business (market sizing, share, revenue, margin, channel inventory, ops plans) by region.  Know the business deeply, understand geographical differences, and engage Regions, Alliances, Supply Chain as needed for clarity, issue resolution/mitigation.
  • Strategic Enablement – Drive execution of D&A business priorities across the organization – including not only GBU, Regions, but also WW functions such as Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Business Analytics and Insights – Provide business performance insights, identify issues, evaluate opportunities, and enable path forward across the organization. Act as the “hub” of all market and business data for D&A. Shape the business performance story flowing into SBTN, QBR, Factbooks.
