If you are our Regional Head of Services - Indigoin Singapore, you will have a chance to

  • Responsible for managing Asia Pacific and Japan region team service business and operations for HP Indigo.

  • Lead service team responsible to provide on-site hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or other applications support for customers according to contractual service levels
  • Responsible for meeting service net promotor Scores (sNPS) and overall Total Customer Experience (TCE) goals
  • Own the P&L: meet business (revenue and gross margin) and operation targets
  • Lead, plan, and monitor operational/tactical activities of team – drive a high level of employee engagement and employee satisfaction
  • Drive channel partner programs that enhance NPS and enable scalable growth of Graphics Solutions Services and HP
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on process improvements and business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility
  • Handle customer escalations
  • Establish relationship with customers, partners and other functional managers
  • Leverage resources across Graphics Solutions Services and other parts of HP to profitably scale the service delivery capabilities and help drive overall growth of HP’s graphics solutions business
  • Introduce new services that differentiate HP by driving additional value to customers and build HP’s revenue and margins.
  • Must be capable of recognizing and contributing to building solutions based on customer business direction

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  •  Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 or more years of related experience in printing or packaging industry and customer support with proven managerial abilities. 
  • Related B2B industrial / electronic equipment industry considered (e.g. semi-conductor) experience is desired
  • In-depth knowledge in service and support business for hardware products
  • Knowledge of the commercial printing industry and / or the packaging industry
  • Detailed knowledge of installation and site environmental support solutions.
  • Knowledge of Mission Critical products and services.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry drivers relating to Total Customer Experience (TCE).
  • Skills in people and project management, planning, problem solving, innovation, analysis, communication and negotiation
  • Experience managing a profit and loss center
