Job Description

You will join’s Omnichannel Enablement team, which builds and continuously improves our world-class commerce capabilities, which will be deployed globally. As a Global Solution architect/ POR Manager, you will develop solutions, solution architecture for the eco-system, and build plan of record for feature innovation and its global rollout. By effectively managing your solutions and roadmap, you will be a key contributor in helping Omnichannel Enablement org continue to innovate and enhance the commerce experience to achieve its business objectives. Winning requires continuous innovation and a constant attention to detail in an ever changing environment.  The ideal candidate will work with other global Omnichannel Enablement team to lead and support initiatives that simplify and improve the entire commerce eco-system. You will identify and scope innovative opportunities for new customer capabilities and collaborate with engineering, design and the global business units to conduct experiments and implement your winning ideas.

Job Responsibilities

● Work with business units, platform architects and IT organizations to develop and improve end-to-end solution architecture (functional)
● Drive global plan of record for commerce innovation, regional deployments and feature prioritization
● Drive global product requirement definition (writing PRDs), product prioritization and planning of new features in customizable PC area.
● Lead the creation & development of solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, managing the entire solution lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
● Communicate with management and senior executives about solution/ architectural requirements, direction, development and launch management, and provide metrics on performance against goals.
● Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into solution requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
● Support solution design and integration, define user acceptance testing, and provide post implementation support to stakeholders and end-users.
● Keen understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage.


• BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
• Expertise and knowledge in the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface or product management

Knowledge and Skills

• Solid requirement collection and documentation skills.
• Solid experience in developing functional/ integration architecture.
• Solid web analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).
• Exposure to product management processes.
• Exposure to Organization and program management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.
• Experience in developing and managing plan of record is a plus.
