About the Customer Welcome Center:

 The Customer Welcome Center is the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team as a 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing Customer Program Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity for creative talent to join our team and have full exposure to one of the most exciting technologies and innovative business at HP Inc.

This role requires a strong technical background, analytical skills, customer driven and project management skills, with outstanding communication skills and commitment to help the 3D Multi Jet Fusion Team.

We are looking for unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge on 3D Printing & Digital Manufacturing. This role includes tremendous exposure to our most strategic customers, partners, and media influencers. You will be evangelizing our technology in front of C-Level executives, every day, and will be working with HP’s executive leadership team and HP Labs, the source of innovation at HP, on a daily basis.

The person in this role:

·       Leads the strategic customer engagement activities for 3D Printing at our HP global headquarters.

·       Presents and leads the discussions on the benefits of leveraging 3D Printing to our Global Strategic Accounts, Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, with a deep understanding of the Transportation, Industrial and Consumer Goods markets.

·       Provides highly innovative solutions to explain and showcase our 3D Printing portfolio of products and solutions.

·       Coordinates our State-of-the-art 3D Printing Lab in Palo Alto.

·       Supports the sales organization and ensures the success of our 3D Printing onsite demonstrations.

·       Partners with industry associations, external and internal organizations to create meaningful events that create value for HP 3D Printing and Digital Manufacturing BU.

·       Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines like strategic thinking, creativity to articulate proposals and concept execution in which the CWC must operate to be successful.

·       Is fluent in the HP narrative and strategy and feels excited about evangelizing how HP is leading in the market in the industries we play in.

·       Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas to design our customer experience, working with Marketing and Category at WW and regional level.

·       Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that impact customer long-term goals and objectives. 

·       Applies a growth mindset and strategic thinking in everything she/he does. Our goal is that we exceed our customer’s expectations.

·       Supports the CWC team when needed, will include support of our 2D printing division.

Education and Experience Required:

·       University or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent degree, MBA preferred.

·       7+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, and Strategy.

·       Industry, sales and channel program experience a big plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Deep knowledge and understanding of 3D Printing Technologies like MJF, SLS, FDM, CLIP, and SLM.

·       Good understanding of analog manufacturing technologies like CNC and Metal Injection Molding.

·       Superior presentation skills.

·       Strong partner focus, including experience with strategic customers, retail or channel partners.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.

·       Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.

·       Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills.

·       Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

·       Knowledge on 3D software modeling like Catia, Rhino, Blender or similar would be considered a plus.
