As an Account Delivery Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to:

  • Take full responsibility for deliverables while enjoying a great deal of autonomy

What will you do here?

  • Own the operational relationship with customers and develop relationships with senior management
  • Create strategies and processes for customers related to performance metrics, escalation change management and communications
  • Analyze customers’ delivery requirements and contribute to their strategic business plans
  • Act as the contributing team member for operational and tactical issues
  • Provide managerial and technical expertise to cross-functional teams
  • Take charge of expense/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements

What abilities are key to the role?

  • Building and managing strong relationships
  • Working across business teams to provide complete customer support
  • Preparing clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences
  • Applying technical knowledge a resolve complex business issues
  • Managing crises and conflicts

What personal qualities do we look for?

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • The ability to analyze issues and develop corrective action plans
  • The ability to proactively and effectively manage risk

What background do you need to succeed here?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-5 years’ relevant work experience preferred
  • ITIL/ITSM experience is an asset
  • Multicultural and cross-country experience desired
