AMS Alliances Program/Business Manager

  • Program and Business Management process role within our Americas Alliances organization, critical function within the business to enable strategic management, data analytics, and process management of the complex Alliances team. Knowledge and understanding of the technology space with an understanding on how Alliance partners play a critical role in this environment are key skillsets that must be understood. This role will have responsibilities that span wide within HP touching various organizations and deliverables, the ability to take complex business objectives and simplify for understanding is key. This role will have multiple processes being managed in parallel with required understanding of each. This team member must be able to work in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders for each task, keeping all updated on status, progress, and process management is critical.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Business Planning processes for the overall AMS Alliances organization spanning North America and Latin America, Consumer and Commercial
    • Provide clear data analytics through scorecard management with background/understanding of all Alliance metrics
    • Alignment with Alliance Managers on open items and management of partnership through tracking, process, data, and measurement of each opportunity/task
    • Partner with cross functional teams to drive consistent strategy within the overall Alliances business across multiple teams and sites
    • Development of dashboards for clear understanding within the Region that are updated and managed through this function as single point of contact
    • In-depth understanding of Alliances programs across key partners for consistent implementation within the business
    • Partnership with Claims team on managing budgetary processes through to payment/execution
    • Collaboration and Development with WW teams on overarching strategy implementation
    • Manage weekly cadence within each Alliance partnership
    • Support Executive and Partner meetings with critical Alliance data

      Education and Experience Required:

    • BA or BS
    • Program and Process Management experience, PMP preferred
    • Alliance experience within IT space
    • Strong/Experienced background within data analytics
