Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.   • Provides specialized regional (AMS) Purchase Order (PO), invoice status and contract support to Compensation and Benefits (C&B) employees and managers.
  • Creates Purchase Requests (PR), monitors approval status and maintains PO balance reports; manages expedite requests and escalations.
  • Assists C&B employees and managers with payment and funding options.
  • Collaborates with Procurement and C&B resources to facilitate contract renewal schedule and status.
  • Researches and resolves issues with vendor payments for compensation and benefits programs/services invoices.
  • Partners with global, region and country finance teams on payment options and status.
  • Documents and delivers ad hoc and standard reporting requirements and analyzes procurement data.
  • Conducts process overviews, briefing sessions for C&B employees, managers and vendors as appropriate.
  • Assists other regions (APJ/EMEA) with procurement support as needed
  • Participates as an active member of the TR PO process improvements, sharing procurement best practices from previous experience

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4-6 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources with procurement experience desirable

Knowledge and Skills

  • Systematic understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions.
  • Developed knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and
