In this team, we collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (country, region, and CoE teams) in the budgeting, design, and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.  We project management and develop tools used in the budgeting and planning for annual benefits programs.  We work together with our partners to ensure an end-to-end process exists and is supportable.  We work together with various partner organizations (IT, Payroll, HR Operations, and 3rd party vendors) to deliver systems and integrations needed for compensation and benefits solutions


  • Applies benefits subject matter expertise in the planning, delivery and execution of complex benefits and compensation programs. Lead the design and implementation of go-forward strategy and tools used in benefits delivery.
  • Expert project manager with experience in global programs that have multiple stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors.
  • Strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems.  Proficient working in global benefits streamlining processes, documenting system requirements, creating test plans, performing user testing, leading systems/solution training, and creating/implementing MoC (management of change) plans.
  • Demonstrable understanding of working with global data used to deliver benefits programs.  Using analytical skills, be able to distill the data into meaningful results
  • Experience in the budgeting and planning of benefits programs and costs.  Ideal candidate will have led benefits costing exercises for a global company.
  • Knowledge in building out cost models for various benefits programs, such as health & welfare, wellness, retirement, and pensions.
  • Familiarity in managing compliance and audit processes
  • Collaborate with business, CoE and region teams to troubleshoot and solve issues

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, finance, related discipline; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of related business experience
  • Develop and manage communications with stakeholders and partners
  • Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Master of Excel.
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Basic knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits
  • Ideally having strong knowledge of Workday (Human Capital Management system)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Be comfortable with change
