Theworldwide Business Personal Systems Services Business Intern will assist with market and competitive analysis projects and programs that drive growth in the commercial business segment.  Working closely with the worldwide category and portfolio management team, region category, and research teams this person will help build a better understand our market and competitive landscape.


· Program management and resultsreporting

· Develop process documentation

·  Locate and review research materials, and identify gaps in our information set

· Design project communication materials

· Develop and manage communication platforms: SharePoint, newsletters, email andother communication areas relating to market analysis

· Review and assist with internal andexternal marketing material development

· Assist with resource planning and tracking

· Own internal research projects and assist with external research efforts 

· Team with regional services organizations on our “Field Referral Program”


- High School Diploma

- In the 4th Year of a UniversityBachelor degree program

- Part of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) orBachelor of Science (BS) program at an accredited college or university andmajoring in any business or technology field


- Working in team settings

- Leading or managing a work group ispreferred

- Services or customer support ispreferred

Knowledgeand Skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Self-motivated and passionate aboutbusiness growth

· Able to think strategically acrossmarketing, finance, products and customers

· Can accurately interpret data andprovide business recommendations
