Description -

Opportunity for an experienced marketer to manage Strategic Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives. This individual will lead the development of world-class marketing activities to drive awareness, consideration, and preference for our Office Printing Solutions (OPS) hardware portfolio. This individual will work closely with our Solutions lead to effectively deliver end to end communications to support the OPS Business Unit strategies, as well as our HP Marketing Strategies and Objectives. This individual must be well versed in advertising & content marketing with a knowledge of what will continue to position HP as a leader in the commercial print category with a focus on how to use existing and emerging digital platforms to best reach our audience.

As a part of the OPS WW Team, you will work closely with our Business Unit teams and Regional marketing teams to deliver breakthrough communications supporting our HP Business Print Hardware Portfolio.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage various projects, project focused teams & agency partners in the development and delivery of communication strategies and plans
  • Manage the development of insights-led marketing and plans, collaborating with marketing management, marketing peers and regional marketing counterparts
  • Deliver insights driven marketing communications, work with peer team members to establish metrics plan
  • Ensuring all marketing work is optimized for its medium globally (events, .com, social, digital)
  • Effectively manage campaign budgeting and prioritization

Knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in strategic and/or creative marketing roles with at least 3 years in B2B product-based marketing and/or related field
  • Experience leading project teams, delegating responsibility and leading the development of world class creative
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in account-based marketing, content marketing and social media marketing to B2B communities, to channel / through channel; with end users and business decision makers in mind
  • Knowledge of Channel Partner and Sales Channel methodologies
  • Proven track record in strategic communications planning, leveraging insights and data analytics to inform those plans
  • Experience in setting/executing learning agendas and testing / optimizing across campaigns
  • Experience in creating and guiding global community strategies
  • High level of tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom
  • Budget planning and process management
  • Global, Regional and Country experience preferred
