Supplies Finance Analyst

Financial analyst working cross–functionally and regionally with marketing, alliance, current business management, and operations teams to support key processes and critical close activities.  This role will work in Supplies contributing to key P&L tracking and supplier funding to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financials during close.

Responsible for accounting processes around Toner strategic supplier funding, including:

  • Coordination with alliance and region teams
  • Preparing necessary journal vouchers and reconciliations
  • Monthly tracking of actuals vs plan
  • Short-term forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning
  • Restatements, as needed
  • Support other ad-hoc financial analysis supporting Current Business Marketing.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.


  • Provides complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
