If you are our India >, you will have a chance to :-

  • To support internal process of contract administration. Ensure customer contracts are being set-up in SAP and renewed timely and within business requirements and company policies.
  • Performs the following tasks:
    • Order acceptance
    • Coordinates hardware and software ordering
    • Lease initiation
    • ACDC and SAP contract set up
    • Fleet accuracy administration
    • Invoice back up report preparation
    • Unbillable account escalation administration
    • E2E Invoice administration
    • Dispute and entitlement issues administration
  • The Contract Administrator will perform or coordinate above activities end to end seamlessly to ensure Order to Cash process is efficient , effective and compliant.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • Regular Graduate in any discipline with 60% and above marks
  • B Tech, MBA & MCA graduates are NOT eligible
  • Bachelors in distance education will not be considered
  • 0 to 2yrs experience in any organization
  • Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable to business requirements and multiple shifts
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
