The Marketing Analytics lead will serve as the primary champion of customer analytics for the Consumer and Commercial marketing teams helping them in demand generation activities. Specifically, s/he will help drive effective, differentiated marketing through advanced analytics application like segmentation and propensity modeling.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Effectively partner with internal and external agency teams to continuously enrich the customer data ecosystem.
· Oversee development of Analytics process, methodologies and tools to effectively support Installed base marketing for the Consumer, SMB and Enterprise segments.
· Integration of Analytics capabilities into the Marketing and Sales technology eco-systems
· Create performance measurement frameworks for the Analytics outputs as well as the impact they drive.
· Program managing Offshore Analytics teams and/or Analytics vendors.
· Help execute HP’s Customer engagement strategy using data driven approaches.

· Minimum 5 to 8 years in B2B marketing, Database marketing or Digital marketing
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in a global marketing environment.
· Sound understanding of Analytics techniques and methodologies.
· Good understanding of Marketing fundamentals and Consumer behavior principles.
· Ability to summarize Advanced Analytics outputs into executive level presentations.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate and work across stakeholders.
· Experience interacting and influencing Marketing teams in a business environment desired.
· Personally enthusiastic and results-oriented with the ability to attract, inspire and motivate others.
· Demonstrated passion for the customer as a primary driver of business strategy and execution.
