We will have a number of opportunities for Network Security Administrators (Junior, Intermediate and Senior Network Security Support Specialist).

You will use your expertise to achieve high level of customer satisfaction by implementing/supporting state- of- art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing changes, coordinating implementations and system management. You will work in environment where fast educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Main Tasks:
- From a technical perspective you will work with various security technologies:
Firewalls, NIPS, NIDS, Proxy servers, VPN concentrators.
Products which you will support are Tipping Point, Cisco Firewalls and NIDS; Juniper Firewalls, Nokia, Checkpoint firewalls and NIPS; McAfee NIPS and many others.
- Ensure network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Troubleshooting Network security incidents and resolve problems on time.
- Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology, understands complex infrastructures and clarifies customer need.
- Strictly follows Move to Production process including to check that tools and documentation are up to date
- 3rd level support engineers should Manage and implement complex NW security changes as part of a project implementation for the existing customers, execute NW security normal, non-standard or routine changes, various NW security migrations or new device implementations (firewalls, NIDS, NIPS, VPN) Analyzes and solves complex incidents involving several different & remote support teams, Identify root cause of incidents and make appropriate recommendation to avoid future failure. To fulfill these tasks, regular standby and overtime work is expected.
- Perform investigation on new technology, help inbound project managers and other support team to introduce new technology, capacity planning & performance management
- Providing help, coaching and training to junior, intermediate and senior team members to spread out network knowledge and experience

- Experience based on job application in IT operations and Network operations.
For 1st level support – may have or not network/security experience.
For 2nd Level support – must have at least 2 years network security experience.
For 3rd Level support – must have at least 3 - 5 years network security experience.
- Cisco or HP Certifications :
For 1st level support – CCNA/CCNA security or at least trained to 3rd CCNA exploration module.
For 2nd Level support – CCNA/CCNA security and may have any of CCNP/CCNP security exams passed.
For 3rd Level support – CCNP/CCNP security and may have some other professional or expert security certificate.
- Experience in troubleshooting a broad range of network security technologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in at least one specific network/security technology.
- Ability to coordinate complex changes involving several different support teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- German as a second language shall be considered an advantage.
- Cisco or HP Certification: CCSA, CCSE, BCCPA, McAfee certificates, CCDP, CCNP, CCIE.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
- Experience in HP OpenView, checkpoint firewalls and knowledge of encryption and Virtual Private Networks would be a distinct advantage.
- German as a second language shall be considered an advantage.
